The other exercise you have heard me talking about recently is the “Let Me In”. This is my absolute favorite new move; great for the Lats, Biceps, Forearms, and Deltoids. It is basically a “Cable Row” without the complicated machines/pulleys and annoying gym rats.
It is also very portable because, although I modified the move to fit my surroundings, it can be executed with any sturdy door available (like a hotel room bathroom door, for example). Just capture the door between your feet and use the door handles to pull yourself up. Easy and awesome.
To create some variation, play with your grip as well as how far away from the door/post you hang your “arse”. Enjoy!
