This is a series of posts that will collectively paint a picture of my experience with Tony Horton’s P90X from Beachbody. As I write this, I am in week 11 of the 14 week program. While many folks are blogging about their P90X experiences as they experience them, I have had the time to process, analyze, and draw conclusions from mine. I hope it will bring a valuable perspective to the market.
Just for reference, I lifted for lean muscle mass (lower weight for 12-15 reps) and followed the nutrition plan to a “T” for the first 30 days. After that, I continued to eat cleanly and often, but ventured out on my own as far as recipes are concerned.
