I never did do a write-up after COMPLETING my Insanity – P90X Hybrid. I just didn’t have the energy.
And I am not kidding. It was an absolute “ball buster”. And like I stated at the half way mark, it was a mistake!

Actually, I am more than half way through my Insanity – P90X Hybrid Schedule. Today’s routine marks day 44 of the planned 63 days of training. I have to say, I am still loving Insanity….but not the hybrid model. I think it was a mistake.

Week 1 of my Insanity – P90X Hybrid routine is in the bag…the BODY BAG! Insanity is tough. Add in 3 days a week of P90X resistance training and it becomes down right murderous.
Insanity
My initial thoughts on Insanity are that it is pure: Effective, Efficient, and Simple. In true Beachbody spirit, this program does not pretend to be magic, it does not promise to be a shortcut, it does not require any fancy equipment. It is just pure (raw?) athletic conditioning…the kind I remember doing back in high school during football season.
