ENDURANCE BLOCK: Day #1.
I performed 4 unique body weight movements: Standard Push Ups, Military Presses, “Let Me Ups”, and “Let Me Ins”. (The last exercise was awesome and it is easily reproduced if you are a heavy traveler. Look for videos of the “Let Me Ins” and “Let Me Ups” in the near future). Each movement was performed during the course of completing a Ladder.
Not sure what a Ladder is? A Ladder is a series of repeated movements that progressively increase in repetitions until movement failure

Actually, I am more than half way through my Insanity – P90X Hybrid Schedule. Today’s routine marks day 44 of the planned 63 days of training. I have to say, I am still loving Insanity….but not the hybrid model. I think it was a mistake.
