Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse

For those of you that have been following, you know that I am in week 14 of P90X which is actually the toughest week of all….you do NOTHING!  Seriously, after weeks of creating a daily routine centered around working out, to all of a sudden do nothing is very difficult.

And, if you have been following, you know that I start an Insanity + P90X hybrid routine in a few days.  I am sure this will require a lot of calories to be effective.

Salad Bags: The True Cost of Convenience

I am not usually on the front edge of social commentary, but occasionally something crosses my desk that really gets my attention.  For example, I recently read a book entitled,  The Omnivore’s Dilemma by Michael Pollan.  One underlying theme of Mr. Pollan’s writing is that the true cost of America’s food supply is not being properly accounted for.  Our food is actually being presented to us at too small/inexpensive a price.  As an example,
