Author performing a "Let Me Up". YAYOG ENDURANCE BLOCK: Day #1. I performed 4 unique body weight movements: Standard Push Ups, Military Presses, “Let Me Ups”, and “Let Me Ins”. (The last exercise was awesome and it is easily reproduced if you are a heavy traveler. Look for videos of the “Let Me Ins” and “Let Me Ups” in the near future).
